Suwatu Private Villa is located on the hills at an altitude of 195 meters above sea level in Sumberwatu village, Sambirejo, Prambanan, Yogyakarta. The villa is surrounded by various cultural sites and temples with great views of Mount Merapi Volcano and Prambanan Temple in a straight line in the north, Mount Lawu Volcano in the east, and Mount Sumbing Volcano in the west. You can enjoy a nice Sunset and Sunrise from Suwatu Villa.

Suwatu Villa is designed and furnished with the furniture and home decor from Mil&Bay. The villa capacity for six people, provided with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, private parking, private pool, kitchen, dining room, WiFi, AC, water heater, and day bed.

However, SUWATU Villa does not provide TV so guests can get closer to the surrounding nature and culture. There are lots of activities to do while staying at SUWATU Villa. Cultural tracking is one of the activities you can enjoy by visiting ancient sites scattered around the villa.

Check-in guideline

Room check-in is from 3 p.m, check-out until 12 p.m.
Valid identity document need to be provided upon check-in.
Guest’s visitors are allowed to visit until 9 p.m, and in case of extended
visit, the villa will charge additional amount.

GUIDELINES

Dear Guests, to ensure safety and comfort during your stay, we have
clarifed some guidelines.

Guests are responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of the villa. In case of damage or disappearance of certain objects or appliances from the villa, the guest must inform the staff immediately and pay the value of damaged or missing goods.
Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and valuables.
Towel, bedsheet, and bed cover are changed every 3 days for eco-friendly reasons.
Villa is located near the edge of the cliff. Children have to be supervised at all times for safety reasons.
Guests must have appropriate clothing and footwear when they are in the public area in SUWATU Resto.
It is not permitted to hold any parties or events.
It is not allowed to bring a pet into the villa.
It is not allowed to take any dangerous and illegal item in to the villa.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the building.
It is not allowed to bring alcohol, illegal drugs, and commit acts that are contrary to the laws and regulations in Indonesia.
SUWATU Villa is located in Sumberwatu Village, guests are expected to respect neighbourhood without making any loud noise. Villa quiet hours start from 9 PM.
Guest are expected to understand terms and conditions during the stay.
